Best Western The Grand Hotel Hartlepool, Hartlepool

The hotel has really gone downhill with noisy and small rooms, but surprisingly comfortable. The service was friendly and accommodating, despite some problems. The location was great for visiting the Marina and town. The dining experience was good, but not value for money at times.

My stay at the hotel started off a bit rough as I wasn't offered a refund for early check-in, leaving me hot and flustered. The room location directly above the sports bar was a downside as it disturbed my sleep at 5 am. However, the hotel's central location was great for exploring the town.
